Tuff Girl Fitness exist to empower people to define and reach their personal goals by living healthier, more productive lifestyles. We achieve this through coaching of  health, wellness, weight loss, and the most effective and efficient exercises to reach their goals. With that said, we came up with a BRAND NEW CHALLENGE- the Shape Up Fitness Challenge!

Tuff Girl is the most innovative and creative gym in the Tri-Valley! Our Shape Up Fitness Challenge is designed to transform people in the spirit of cooperation, camaraderie, friendship and accountability. We want to help YOU anyway we can!

Class Descriptions:

Total Body Blast Boot Camp: Transform your shape and go from not to HOT with our 30-minute workout designed to shape, tone, and tighten and help create an overall epic body transformation.

Butts and Guts: Combining exercises to tone and shape your butt and abs/core

Ultimate Conditioning: It’s the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. Weights, bars, box jumps, and wall balls will be used. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness!

The After Burn:  H.I.I.T- High intensity interval training class where you’ll perform a series of H.I.I.T  techniques combined with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results and fantastic “after-burn” effect where you’ll burn calories up to 36 hours after

Kettlebell Fit: Kettlebells create a more efficient and effective workout than many other forms of training out there. You’ll be using dumbbells and kettlebells in this class to build muscular strength and endurance and core strength.

Power Circuit: Hit every muscle group and work your core as you burn calories transitioning through stations of different fitness equipment including BOSU® , TRX,  Lebert Equalizers, Wall Balls, Body Bars, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, and MUCH MORE!

Nutrition 101:  Here is what we’ll talk about during the class:
How many calories to consume
Protein, Carbs and Fat
Keys to Daily Meal Success
How to Increase Your Metabolism
Meal and Snack ideas
Triggers: Mindless Eating, Emotional Eating and Bad Habits
Sugar Intake and what sugars to stay away from
The importance of  Food and Exercise Records

PRICING:

Each challenge date is $25 for 7 classes- what a deal! There will be snacks and beverages provided during the challenge. You can attend all 7 classes or only some of the classes- it’s up to you!  Each challenge date will have different workouts so come to 1 challenge for $25 or all 3 for $75. But, if you bring 2 friends with you then you will get your registration for FREE! AND if you attend all 3 dates you will be put into a drawing to win 6 months of classes for FREE!

EACH challenge date will have a raffle to win a free month of classes for all who attend.

In addition, each attendee will receive a FREE goody bag with local discounts and freebies from local businesses.

These challenge are co-ed so bring your significant others as well!
