On November 18, 2025, the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce celebrated the Grand Opening of Tri-Valley Counseling Center with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Chamber staff, Board members and Ambassadors, were in attendance, as well as, Livermore Councilmembers Kristie Wang and Steven Dunbar, along with Vice Mayor, Evan Branning. LVCC Board Chair, Kimbrely Gruidl presented the Certificate of Congratulations to Clinical Director, Amy Sargent and Livermore Mayor Marchand presented a Declaration of Welcome to Amy. Certificates were also presented by representatives from the office of Senator McNerney and County Assessor, Pnong La.
