Alameda County Moves into Orange Tier

Alameda County Moves to the Red Tier
With an adjusted daily new case rate per 100,000 residents of 4.8, a testing positivity rate of 1.8 percent, and a health equity quartile positivity rate of 2.6 percent, the state of the pandemic has improved greatly in Alameda County since the peak of the winter surge in early January.

On February 3, Governor Newsom's announced that the State of California will partner with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to launch a mega Point-of-Dispensing (POD) pilot vaccination site at the Oakland Coliseum.

Starting February 2, 2021, at 8:00 am PST Lendistry will open Round 2 for all small businesses and nonprofits to apply.
