TSG uses tools like Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure our clients satisfaction. This tool helps us know in real time, all the time, how our clients feel about our support. The overwhelming positive feedback (we are currently at 96% satisfied) validates some of the good things we do. When we receive a survey that is less than an 8 our of 10, we reach out to learn how we can get better. This is just one of our communication and customer retention strategies that has helped TSG achieve the best retention and client satisfaction in the entire bay area!
