ABC NorCal encourages their members who have sustained individual and/or business losses in designated areas to begin applying for assistance by registering with FEMA online or by calling 800-621-FEMA (3362) or 800-462-7585 TTY or https://www.disasterassistance.gov/

The registration process will take about 20 minutes. If you are applying for both home and business disaster assistance, one registration will cover both.
